Outplacement Support - Fees

Diagnostic Consultation:Complimentary
With experienced consultant to identify key issues and needs.

Cost-effective programme proposal sent to employer for approval.

8 hours of support - Job Search:£2,650 plus VAT
Includes four intensive counselling and coaching sessions.

12 hours of support - Professional Staff: £3,300 plus VAT
Includes six intensive counselling and coaching sessions.

16 hours of Consultant Support: £4,950 plus VAT
Includes eight intensive counselling and coaching sessions.

20 hours of Consultant Support:£6,595 plus VAT
Includes ten intensive counselling and coaching sessions.

Full-day workshop (up to 10 people) £3,750 plus VAT

Discounts & Workshops

Annual discounts for five or more programmes – 5% of programme cost. Group workshops can also be provided – please contact us for details.

Employers can pay for our support or can agree to share the cost with an employee. You may wish to refer individuals directly to us.

Where you are letting go of a few members of staff we offer discounted group workshops combined with one to one support.
