Interview Preparation

Interview preparation is essential for making a good first impression and for getting the job you want.

Being good at interviews is not an innate characteristic; it is a learned skill that needs practice to perfect. It involves:

  • Practicing answers to likely questions,
  • Considering what your CV and experience might prompt an interviewer to ask,
  • Considering how to address potentially difficult questions
  • Understanding your strengths and weaknesses
  • Assessing your accomplishments
  • Working out what a potential employer is looking for
  • Realising what you have to offer to an organisation
  • Thinking of insightful questions to ask the interviewer
  • Knowing what to expect on the day

Since good preparation can make the difference between getting accepted or rejected we believe that it’s important not to leave anything to chance.

Our interview coaches have provided presentation skills training to some of the leading organisations in the UK. This means that we understand and can teach you how to present yourself effectively to potential employers.

Over the years we have helped a broad range of people from new graduates to senior executives prepare for important interviews and get the job they wanted.
