Our approach is to tailor our services to suit you.

 

Everyone’s situation, needs, aspirations, skills, qualifications and goals are different.

 

When we work with you we don’t just focus on what you can do next, but also help you to consider and to plan your longer-term career direction. We will look at what steps can you take now and what additional experience, qualifications or training will help put you on a better path.

 

At the start of your programme we ask you to complete some career planning documentation which encourages you to reflect on the important issues in your career and in your life outside work. We also provide you with excercises during the course of your programme to help you clarify what you want to achieve now and in the longer term, and to identify different career options for you.

 

We do use psychometric profiling to give you additional insights into your preferred ways of thinking and behaving and what this tells you about the roles and working environments which will suit you best.

 

We'll help you to create a flexible career plan which takes account of your needs and goals outside work as well as what you wish to achieve in your career. In this way you'll feel more in control of your future.
