Our approach is to tailor our services to suit you.
Everyone’s situation, needs, aspirations, skills, qualifications and goals are different.
When we work with you we don’t just focus on what you can do next, but also help you to consider and to plan your longer-term career direction. What steps can you take now and what additional experience, qualifications or training will help put you on a better path?
We help you to create a flexible career plan which takes account of your priorities and needs in your life outside your work, as well as what you wish to achieve in your career.
When you first get in touch with us we ask you to send us your CV and brief details about where you need most help with your career. We then arrange to meet with you for an initial Diagnostic Career Consultation. During this consultation we’ll discuss your situation with you in depth. We’ll then give you valuable guidance and information on the career options open to you and how you can find a new opportunity. We’ll also let you know what further training or qualifications will really help you to progress.
After the meeting we will send you a summary of our recommendations and a tailored programme for you to consider.
The cost of the Diagnostic Career Consultation is £145 inclusive of VAT (£125 for new Graduates, Students, Career Starters or if you’re out of work). You receive a discount of £50 on the cost of a programme if you later decide to complete a career programme.
