Simon is a career planning and a job search specialist. He uses a combination of professional counselling skills, expert guidance and coaching to ensure you can make informed decisions and take the action you need to progress your career.
Simon holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Career Management and Counselling from the University of London.
He has more than 15 years’ experience in the field of career management and people development. He has worked as an associate with leading career management consultancies. He qualified and practiced as a solicitor.
Simon’s career includes training, people development and sales and marketing roles.
Organisations Simon has worked for include the Chase Manhattan Bank, Herbert Smith solicitors, Reed Elsevier, Pearson PLC, BIS Banking Systems (now Thomson- CSF), N-W Thames Regional Health Authority, SpeakFirst Training, and a range of small to medium sized businesses. His clients come from all backgrounds, occupations and sectors so he has a wealth of knowledge about the modern job market and new careers which means that he is able to offer first hand practical career advice to his clients.

Caroline Humphries is an experienced career coach and NLP master practitioner. For 20 years she held senior design and management roles in the commercial design and retail sectors. She brings her experience of working in a wide range of organisations, manufacturing and marketing to her coaching practice.
Her approach to coaching focuses on the individual. She encourages clients to draw upon their values, skills and interests as a foundation to negotiate the transitions they face. To facilitate the process she uses a range of career coaching materials and exercises from Rob Nathan and John Lees. She a certified Co-active Coach and use this methodology along with NLP interventions.
Her speciality is bringing design-led thinking to business environments and the manufacturing interface.

David Pullinger , Executive Career Coach and Advisor
David Pullinger is a qualified coach with experience as an HR Director
in Thorn EMI and with Legal & General, where he was Head of the
Talent Programme. Since 2001, he has developed his own business and
also works part time for Imperial College Business School as a Career
Coach and Adviser, working primarily with MBA students.
David has recently consulted with Zurich Insurance, Norwich Union and Sesame as well as regularly helping a firm of Executive Search Consultants with psychometric profiling, and working with a range of SMEs.
He is particularly interested in how careers can be built to ensure they provide us with real meaning and fulfilment, and he continues to do research in this field.

Jan Dalgleish is a qualified Career Management & Human Resources professional with over 20 years’ experience.
Jan holds a BA in Education from the University of Auckland, New
Zealand and a MSc in Career Management and Counselling from Birkbeck
College, University of London. Her research project was a qualitative
study on “What are the motivations of transactional lawyers to remain
in private practice?”
She has worked mainly in professional services organisations, including
international legal and accountancy practices. She continues to
develop her interest in career motivation and its link into individual
and organisational performance.

University of London. He has held senior HR roles across a wide range
of sectors and organizations (Ford Motor Company, Whitbread PLC, Mecca
and Aviva PLC). He has worked extensively with managers across most
disciplines with a focus over the last seven years upon IT and
facilities management.
In addition to
coaching managers through career challenges within dynamic, commercial
environments Paul has a particular interest in leadership development.

Suki has a natural interest in assisting individuals to reach their potential in both their careers and in their lives as a whole. She is a qualified coach and has assisted a range of individuals including lawyers, business leaders and well-known celebrities to achieve their goals. She was a featured coach in “The Apprentice Magazine”.
Suki’s approach is fresh, insightful and very practical. Having worked in roles which incorporate the full recruitment process Suki draws on an invaluable depth of practical experience when working with clients.

Linda Aitken has followed a career with Marks & Spencer plc, has specialised in advising individuals as they make career and life transitions, particularly as they approach the second half of their lives. She is passionate about helping people to be well prepared as they approach retirement.
Linda is a skilled facilitator and communicator with a unique blend of commercial and personnel expertise. She has worked throughout the UK and also in the Far East. This has enabled her to gain experience in this arena for over 15 years.
Her experience has been gained working with major organisations in both the public and private sectors. She coaches individuals and groups on pre-retirement issues.

McEwen is an experienced Careers Consultant. Her main area of expertise
is Marketing, Media and Advertising. She spent a number of years
working in marketing departments for companies including British
Airways Airmiles and Reed Elsevier. Tracey also spent time as an
account handler within integrated advertising agencies specialising in
financial services and retail businesses.
