The Coaching Process
Our career coaches have in-depth knowledge of the job market and contacts in hundreds of different careers and organisations.
You will work with your coach to fully understand your potential and what you could offer a future employer. We will then support you in your job search to find and get the opportunity you most want.
This will help you identify the career that is right for you.
We have a thorough process to help you clarify your thinking which includes:
- An initial 75 minute consultation to identify your options and job search tactics
- Intensive one on one career counselling
- Examination of your successes, key motivators and needs you should be exploring
- In-depth feedback on aptitude tests and psychometric questionnaires
- Advice about occupations and organisations which will suit you best
