CareerBalance coaches are experienced in coaching clients for job interviews – from new graduate positions to CEO roles and internal moves.
The interview coaching session simulates a real interview and lasts for 90 minutes. After gaining key information from you, your interview coach will prepare challenging questions in advance, based on your background, the role and the organisation.
During the session your interview coach will give you constructive feedback so you get practice in clearly demonstrating what you can offer and come across with confidence and with enthusiasm. We can also provide you with video feedback.
We offer an initial meeting or telephone discussion so that you can explain your needs and where you need most help. This discussion is included in the cost of our interview coaching service.
